These Terms govern your use of the ak44c platform. Creating an account or placing a wager confirms you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and ak44c ("we", "us", "the Platform") in respect of your use of the ak44c website, mobile site, gaming products, sports betting services and all related features available at ak44c.org. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and active players regardless of the device or connection type used to access the platform.
By accessing ak44c, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and, if an account has been opened, request its closure through our support channel.

Six principles shape every rule in these Terms and every decision ak44c makes about player accounts. Familiarising yourself with them gives you a clear picture of what ak44c expects from you and what you can expect from ak44c.
3. Account Registration and Eligibility
To open an ak44c account a player must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for the lifetime of the account:
- Minimum age 21 years: Players found to be under 21 at any point will have their account suspended, their bonus balance forfeited, and their real-money balance returned after identity verification is complete.
- One account per person: Each natural person may hold one account only. Operating multiple accounts — under the same name, different names, or through household members sharing a payment wallet — is a breach of these Terms.
- Accurate registration details: Players must supply truthful, current and complete information including full name, date of birth and mobile number. ak44c may request supporting documents to verify this information at any time.
- Account security: The player is solely responsible for keeping login credentials confidential. ak44c is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that results from the player sharing passwords or failing to log out from a shared or public device.
- Personal use only: Accounts are for the personal recreational use of the registered player only. Using an account on behalf of a third party or as part of any commercial gambling arrangement is prohibited.
ak44c reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any account at any time. This may include requesting government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent closure.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
All financial transactions on ak44c are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the supported mobile banking channels listed below. No foreign currency deposits are accepted and no currency conversion is applied to player balances at any stage.
- Supported payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL) and Upay. Only payment accounts registered in the player's own name may be used. Third-party payments are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad credit to the player balance instantly in most cases. Where a technical delay occurs, ak44c will investigate and credit confirmed deposits within 24 hours of a support request being raised.
- Withdrawals: Players may withdraw their available real-money balance (excluding pending bonus wagering) at any time. Funds are paid to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification checks.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account. These limits may be updated periodically; players will be informed of any material changes in advance.
- Delays and failures: ak44c is not responsible for delays or failures caused by the player's mobile banking provider. If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the expected processing window, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
ak44c offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. The availability, eligibility and terms of any specific promotion are set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise:
- Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a rollover that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated in each individual bonus offer.
- Welcome bonus eligibility: The new player welcome bonus is available once per player and once per household or shared device. Previous ak44c account holders are not eligible regardless of their current account status.
- Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than live casino titles. Applicable contribution rates are specified per promotion in the individual bonus terms.
- Bonus expiry: Bonuses and associated free spins have a validity period from the date of credit. Unused bonus amounts and unwagered balances that do not meet the rollover requirement expire automatically at the end of this period.
- Abuse prevention: ak44c monitors bonus usage patterns. Accounts exploiting bonus structures through hedging, matched-betting or other artificial patterns will have their bonus balance forfeited. Repeat abuse may result in permanent account closure.
ak44c reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to a player account. Players should read the full terms of each promotion before opting in, as bonus terms become binding once accepted.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Players must use the ak44c platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the ak44c platform to launder funds, disguise the origin of money, or facilitate any financial crime is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant enforcement authorities without delay.
- Collusion and cheating: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, sharing hand information in live games, using automated betting bots, or deliberately exploiting software vulnerabilities is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback against a deposit made to ak44c is a material breach of these Terms. ak44c reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through all available legal channels and to share relevant account information with payment providers.
- Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account — including accounts under different names at the same address or sharing a payment wallet with another registered player — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
- Underage access: Any attempt by a person under 21 to register, access the platform or place a wager is a serious breach of these Terms. Parents and guardians are strongly advised to use parental control tools to prevent underage access to gambling services.
ak44c uses automated monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts that trigger these systems may be subject to enhanced review, temporary fund holds, or permanent closure depending on the severity of the identified activity. Players will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final determination is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the ak44c platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, icons, audio, video and the overall design and arrangement of the site — is the exclusive property of ak44c or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the ak44c platform without the express prior written consent of ak44c. Unauthorised use of ak44c intellectual property — including screen-recording game sessions for public distribution, reproducing the ak44c logo or brand assets, or scraping platform data — constitutes infringement and will be pursued through all available legal channels.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak44c, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; a game failing to complete due to connectivity issues on the player's side; inaccurate display of odds or game information due to a rendering fault on the player's device; or any loss attributable to a player acting on information that was displayed incorrectly due to a software defect.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting outcome, ak44c reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. This is the extent of ak44c's liability in such circumstances. ak44c does not guarantee uninterrupted platform access and is not liable for outages caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside ak44c's reasonable control.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
ak44c reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a player account at any time for any reason it considers appropriate, including but not limited to the following:
- Breach of Terms: Any confirmed violation of these Terms, including age misrepresentation, multiple account operation, fraudulent deposit activity, or bonus abuse, is grounds for immediate suspension and potential permanent closure.
- Verification failure: Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age or source-of-funds documentation within a reasonable period following a formal request from ak44c will result in temporary restrictions escalating to permanent closure if unresolved.
- Self-exclusion: Where a player has requested self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools, the account will be suspended for the requested period. Early reinstatement requests during an active self-exclusion period will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
- Voluntary closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance after deducting pending bonus wagering will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet within the standard withdrawal processing window.
10. Changes to These Terms
ak44c reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the ak44c platform or by email to the address held on the account. Updated Terms take effect from the date specified in the notice.
Continued use of ak44c after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. Players who do not agree with any amendment should cease using the platform and request account closure per Section 9. ak44c recommends reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms or use of the ak44c platform, players are encouraged to contact ak44c support in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, relevant account details, and any supporting documentation. ak44c will endeavour to resolve all player disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. Where direct communication does not resolve a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. ak44c makes no representation regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction; players are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with laws applicable in their own location.
